Duncan Lewin
Overview
Duncan is an experienced team and executive coach. He works with multinational organisations and is passionate about helping people manage the complexity of modern organisational life.
His first career was as a chartered accountant, financial controller and FD with Deloitte, IMG and Interpublic, as well as an SME. Following his move into professional development, Duncan has delivered coaching and leadership programmes across both private (financial services, media, FMCG, transport) and public sector (policing, NHS, civil service). Duncan is completing his MSc and has had team effectiveness research featured in the FT, The Banker and Coaching at Work. He is currently writing his first book to help professional men explore and manage their identity in a changing workplace.
