Asha Ghosh
Overview
During a 16-year career in marketing communications and technology consultancies, Asha supported her clients to facilitate ideas that drive transformational change through digital innovation. With hands-on experience as a board member, Asha has an appreciation of the challenges faced whilst making tough strategic decisions and a practical understanding of what it takes to lead teams to meet the needs of an organisation. Asha now supports the growth and engagement of globally distributed leaders and teams to enable them to navigate the complexity, flux and uncertainty they face daily, and to help identify where they can most make an impact through their leadership, whilst challenging the beliefs, behaviours and mindsets that have held them back, underpinned by promoting a proactive approach to personal wellbeing.
