Overview

Carl qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a big 4 firm before running a manufacturing business based in the UK and Czechia. He gained a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring in 2019. Drawing on his business and coaching experience, he now helps owners of growing businesses develop and execute their plans. He has also mediated shareholder disputes, and supported businesses through sales and acquisition processes. At the centre of his practice is a belief that businesses should feed, rather than eat, their owners. His clients value his pragmatism and compassion.
