Dr Christine Vitzthum
Overview
Harnessing her personal experiences as a woman and mother in a competitive, high-paced finance role, Christine decided to leave her successful, international career to become a coach and facilitator. Creating an empirical, evidence-based foundation for her work, she critically examined the benefits of parental transition coaching in her award-winning Master’s study, and pursued her interest in and passion for diversity in her doctoral research. Her coaching approach is eclectic - depending on her clients’ needs, she incorporates different approaches, tools and methods into her work. A native German speaker, she works with leaders and professionals and has been described by former clients as authentic, transformational and challenging yet empathetic.
